What is the Didsbury Book Group?

We’re a book group that meets in Didsbury. Shocker. We get together once a month to talk about a previously determined book.

When do you meet?

With very few exceptions; we meet up on the first Monday of every month at around 7.30pm.

Where do you meet?

The Woodstock is our meeting place of choice. We don’t have any specific location within the pub, but books will be on display so we should be easy to spot.

What kinds of books do you read?

There’s a list of most of our previously read books in the Reviews section. There are a few gaps, but I’m hoping to fill them in soon.

Are there any costs involved?

Nope. Obviously you may need to buy the book and perhaps buy a couple of drinks, but nothing beyond that.
